Won't be there tonight. Had a little bit of a hamstring pull during the Llanelli 10 so will stick to jogging for a while. Thanks

Oliver worried the 4:50 Mile set by Steve the hibernating runner and Mark Windsor tonight, he also did a 59 dead 400M. Good efforts from everyone tonight and thanks to Ian for writing down the times.

Cheers for timing/recording guys, good session. Will go for 4.49 next time! Hopefully without dodging other runners on the bends..

Looking at the fastest 1 Mile times on Fetch over the last year, Mark Windsor is 10th with 4:50 but I had forgotten Steve's 4:46 Fetch 1 Mile Rankings

Good session guys! Oliver it looks like it's a matter of time before you run sub 17 for 5k. I'm going to blame you running hard on the track before christmas for my foot injury in a pyramid session! ;)

Didn't realise I was still on that list! Not sure when i'll get another shot at a mile time trial, but i'll be looking for my 1st pb of the year and hopefully a sub 35 min 10k in blackpool soon!

You're a few weeks behind Mark, I went sub 17 a few weeks ago!

Ah congratulations! News didn't travel up this far ;)

Sub 16.30 and sub 34 mins for 5/10k are my aims by the end of the summer. The half marathon attempts will probably wait til spring and at present have no intention of doing a marathon until next year. Actually training through winter should help me!
