Thanks Rowena, I've just e-mailed members of Eryri listed on their website so hopefully they can spread the word to help fill the vacant legs.

I loved running my leg yesterday, it was a real buzz to be part of such a ground-breaking event.

I've posted on my Facebook as have family and friends in the area.

Glad we all seemed to have a good time on our respective legs, some great photos from the stages - it seems like we all entered into the spirit of the event and had fun, that's what it's all about isn't it? I've always said that once running becomes a chore it's time to to try something new

We were glad to catch Lloyd in action on his leg yesterday! Well done everyone on their respective legs!

all the Irish legs were filled as of today,it has done over 1500 miles so far with 170 runners
Scottish legs have just gone up

Mike has signed up Leebitten to Sumburgh Airport 14miles

I'm in!!! - Leg 404 - Marsh to Halifax - July 1st starting at 5.50am.

I knew the legs were coming on line today - reminded me of buying Glasto tiks in years gone by - refreshing the page at work and then my boss decided I should show the new guy what to do. I'm hoping he's going to turn up tomorrow as I did turn into a bit of a madwoman "Where's Marsh - aah?" but I went for it as I'm hoping it's the one on the outskirts of Huddersfield.

Luckily I'd done a bit of prep - it's down as 11 but I think depending on my route it'll work around 9 if I take the hillier option or 10 for the flat one - test run this weekend. Really nice as I'll be running through my hometown of Brighouse and carrying the baton for the club in England - very big smile this evening

First practice run on this today - did the hillier 9 mile option - climb out of Hudds bit heavier than expected but I ran it within pace. The killer was Brookfoot Hill - which is a bit notorious for runaway lorries - think Bath Hilly 10 and you get the picture - sharp shock - and I was running blind, came over this way on a bus about 2 years ago but the last time I was on foot was in 1984 on a 26 mile sponsored walk through the night - big teenage thing to do - I'd forgotten there was more than one hill

Still despite the guys in the chippy giving me directions that involved another hill I did it under the time I'm allotted to complete - I may have roped in another couple of local runners to come along with me - stages are going like hot cakes everything I think is filled for the next two weeks - Route 2 to be attempted later on this week...I hate hills!

Not much sleep last night as the baton was running about an hour behind schedule - big respect to Leg 400 who ran through Salford and Moss Side going up towards midnight - phone call from Tom at 4 to say he was on his way - he ran a stormer getting the baton us for half 5.

Ran with Bridget from Stadium runners and she was a big help - managed to run most of it including stages of the killer hill. Lovely that my family aka the "lazy crazy gang" came out to support - they'd never seen me run before - and it was nice my niece Jade and her friend Hannah got to have pics with baton - both missed the official one.

No hassles timewise as I took the harder 9 mile route against their 11 miles - 1.40 approx - so pleased I was able to do this such a shame it's not well publicised - lady who was walking her dog so chuffed to see us for the changeover with Paul and Tod Harriers.

Lloyd and I are being interviewed live on Radio Wales tomorrow morning at 6.50am so tune in if you can! It's a good bit of publicity for the club too!

Today is the day the Real Relay meets the Olympic Relay, and it finishes on Sunday in London, I expect we'll get some more media coverage over the next few days
