British Military Fitness are hosting this event for the fifth consecutive year. This is an excellent way to put all the hard work at the park into completing either run and raising money for charity (optional). The race is in the picturesque area of Bute park, Cardiff and attracts runners from far and wide. Last year saw over 1000 applicants and this year we hope to increase this. As well as a 5k and 10k there is also a family 1k which proves a hit with the youngsters. Last year we had dancers, facepainters and various performers which made it a great family day out.
