12 * 400M with double the rest after 6 reps.

Feedback from a couple of people indicates that they never normally run other than in multiples of 200 Metres which is an impressive stride length. I had a quick look around what other clubs do on the track and had that unmistakable deja vu feeling  Smiley

On a very chilly evening there were 5 runners, 90 second rest between intervals except at halfway when there was 180 seconds. Times attached.
